A debate is currently taking place in the Muslim world on whether democracy is against Islam or not. With Islamic parties taking power in Morocco, Tunisia and Egypt this debate has intensified as these parties attempt to justify their actions. In addition to this some people are actively promoting Erdogan's secular-democratic Turkish regime as a role model for governments post Arab spring.

Much of the debate on Islam and democracy is based on pragmatic thinking rather than the Islamic way of thinking. The correct approach to the question of whether democracy contradicts Islam or not is to study the reality of democracy in depth and then study the Islamic texts of Qur'an and Sunnah for an answer.

Yusufzai (Pashtun tribe)

The Yūsufzai (also Youssofzay , Yousefzai , Yousafzai , Esapzey , Yousufi , or Yūsufi ) (Pashto: يوسفزی ,Persian and Urdu: یوسف زئی ) is one of the largest Pashtun (Afghans) tribes. The majority of the Yusufzai tribe reside in parts of Western Afghanistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Provincially Administered Tribal Areas near the Afghan-Pakistan border. رحمت ِعالم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم

رحمت ِعالم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم قرآن مجید میں پیغمبر اسلام جناب محمد رسول اﷲ صلی اﷲ علیہ وسلم کی مختلف صفات کا ذکر آیا ہے، یہ تمام صفات اپنی جگہ اہم ہیں اور آپ کے محاسن کو ظاہر کرتے ہیں، لیکن ان میں سب سے اہم صفت یہ ہے کہ آپ کو تمام عالم کے لئے رحمت قرار دیا گیا، وما أرسلنٰک الا رحمۃ للعالمین (الانبیاء : ۱۰۷) —– اس تعبیر کی و سعت اور ہمہ گیری پر غور فرمائیے کہ آپ کی رحمت مکان و مقام کی وسعت کے لحاظ سے پوری کائنات کو شامل ہے اور زمانہ و زمان کی ہمہ گیری کے اعتبار سے قیامت تک آنے والے عرصہ کو حاوی ہے، یہ کوئی معمولی دعویٰ نہیں، اور شاید ہی تاریخ کی کسی شخصیت کے بارے میں ایسا دعویٰ کیا گیا ہو، یہ دعویٰ جتنا عظیم ہے اسی قدر واقعہ کے مطابق بھی ہے، آپ کی رحمت کا دائرہ یوں تو پوری کائنات تک وسیع ہے، زندگی کے ہر گوشہ میں آپ کا اسوہ رحمت کا نمونہ ہے، لیکن اس وقت انسانیت پر آپ کی رحمت کے چند خاص پہلوؤں پر روشنی ڈالنا مقصود ہے ۔ ان میں پہلی بات یہ ہے کہ آپ نے انسانیت کو وحدت الٰہ کا تصور دیا، خدا کو ایک ما ننا بظاہر ایک سادہ سی بات معلوم ہوتی ہے، لیکن بمقابلہ الحاد و انکار اور شرک و مخلوق پر

عشرة ذوالحجہ

*✨عشرة ذوالحجہ* *✨مختصر تعارف * 🌿 ذوالحجہ کا پہلا عشره نیکیوں اور اجر و ثواب کے اعتبار سے عام دنوں کے مقابلے میں بہت اہم ہے، جس کی فضیلت قرآن کریم اور احادیث سے ثابت ہے۔ قرآن مجید میں الله سبحانه و تعالیٰ نے ان دس دن کی قسم کھائی ہے۔ *🌿 وَالْفَجْرِ وَ لَیَالٍ عَشْرٍ* "قسم ہے فجر کی اور دس راتوں کی" (الفجر : 2-1) اکثر مفسرین کے نزدیک *’’لَیَالٍ عَشْرٍ‘‘* سے مراد ذوالحجہ کی ابتدائی دس راتیں ہیں۔ ان دس دنوں میں کئے جانے والے اعمال الله تعالیٰ کو دیگر دنوں کی نسبت زیاده محبوب ہیں۔ 🌿 رسول الله ﷺ نے فرمایا : "کسی بھی دن کیا ہوا عمل الله تعالیٰ کو ان دس دنوں میں کئے ہوئے عمل سے زیاده محبوب نہیں ہے، انہوں (صحابہ ؓ) نے پوچھا : اے الله کے رسول ﷺ، جہاد فی سبیل الله بھی نہیں؟ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا : "جہاد فی سبیل الله بھی نہیں ہاں مگر وه شخص جو اپنی جان و مال کے ساتھ نکلے اور کچھ واپس لے کر نہ آئے۔" (سنن ابوداؤد) 🌿 عبدالله ابن عمرؓ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا : "کوئی دن الله تعالیٰ کے ہاں ان دس دنوں سے زیاده عظمت والا نہیں اور نہ ہی کسی دن کا عمل الله تعالیٰ
